We are Quality Tools UK (or QLT for short), a new approach for high-quality tools ideal for Industrial and DIY Applications. Our expanding range will provide tools for any job/project, whether it be Plumbing, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Home Improvement or even Outdoor & Gardening.

What has changed?

Just our identity! We have changed our name and brand to reflect a more extensive and diverse range of Tools and Accessories we will aim to provide the finest equipment and tools for the task.

How do I place an order?

You can place an order at anytime 24/7 on the Quality Tools UK Website - www.qlt.tools. All deliveries are FREE on orders over £50 (orders under £50 carry a £6.50 shipping fee). Simply browse or search for the products(s) you are looking for and "Add To Your Order". Once you have collated an order list of everything you require, head to the "Checkout" option at the top right corner of the webpage. From there, you should find a list of the items added to your order, the quantity of each item and the subtotal. Then "Place Order" and follow the instructions to add delivery details and payment options in order to proceed with and finalise the order. Please be aware that some of our items are available in multipack sets and are marked as such e.g. "10 Piece Set". Any queries on your order please call our sales office on 01299 269 501.

PLEASE NOTE - We only deliver to the UK, responsibility and costs of all orders placed from and shipped outside of Great Britain and Northern Ireland belong to the consumer. For more information see our shipping policy or get in touch.

I have a RUKO UK Account, will that change?

No, your login credentials will remain the same for any pre-exisiting customers who have created an account in the past. Your account will now be known as a "QLT UK Account" but the login is still the same as when you signed up for an account previously. You can login to Quality Tools UK here. If you cannot remeber your password then please follow the "Forgot your password?" links within the login page. You DO NOT need an account to place an order with Quality Tools UK.

What does this mean for the future?

We are looking to stock a wider range Tools accessories and PPE for all types of applications alongside our existing range.
